Refining: The barriques are stored in climate controlled quarters, decanting and refilling to the brim throughout the period up to July.
Sensory evaluation: Intense ruby red color, with an ethereal bouquet; spicy, slightly grassy but also with hints of raspberries, blackberries and pleasant tannins.
Food pairing: Served at 18°C, goes well with flavorful main dishes, baked stewed or roasted courses; can be served also with different kinds of cheeses.
