Sensory evaluation: Greenish yellow color, fine and persistent perlage, intense with hints of exotic fruit, fresh and fruity, slighty acidic, persistent, semi-sweet, elegant.
Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, or with appetizers of fish and aged cheeses; excellent as an opening wine to accompany fish dishes, some cured meats, stuffed white meats, and to highlight all desserts.
