Grapes: Falanghina 100%.
Refining: 50% in stainless steel vats with inert gas protection; the remaining 50% in barrels with racking at the end of bâtonnage until March. The two parts are brought together with imbottlement following.
Sensory evaluation: Intense straw yellow color, with a characteristic aroma of flowers and ripe yellow fruit; dry taste, velvety smooth and intense.
Food pairing: Served at 10°C as companion for all types of entrées and dishes. Excellent as aperitif.
